Join us for an intimate, chef-led omakase built around eight seats, one counter, and the ingredients at their best.
Across approximately 16 courses—primarily nigiri—our chef guides you through a seasonal progression of thoughtfully prepared fish, creative bites, and unexpected pairings. With no fixed menu, each evening is shaped by seasonality, availability, and the chef’s inspiration.
